The way the media class close rank around each other and politicians is insane. I’ve even seen previously “left wing” students who are aspiring journalists tirelessly defending journalists and the government as if the profession bestows a new kind of personal social arrangement?

Did you guys see that Fleet Street Fox thing. Journalists genuinely see themselves as heroes. Also I think a lot of them see themselves as closer to politicians than the average person
