Brilliant article. I always find myself sitting precisely when being outside is more of a need than a want, because it's then that you're exhausted. But also now walking feels like a game of human tetris where you have to weave around people at 2m distance - even more tiring.

Same, I’m locked in for 12 weeks now, but sitting in the park with a book gave me fresh air and sun. I’m not allowed to jog, usually swim and that’s out of the question.
