These included students who missed deadlines because their kids were hospitalised, they were wrongfully arrested, or suddenly evicted. Genuinely stupid, discriminatory bymureacratic system.

Also a student who didn’t want to give her new address for her women’s shelter despite me testifying I’d taken her their myself and called social services to collect her kids from school. One fucking assignment, and they capped her at 40% when she was scoring firsts.
