Interesting - KCL epidemiologist on BBC says loss of taste/smell, and extreme fatigue are proving to be more common symptoms in COVID19 than fever. UK have been criticised for focusing so narrowly on cough/fever as symptoms, compared to other countries eg France.

I've heard this from several people. Cannot believe that more has not been made of this.

Exactly what my partner has been saying after 2 weeks of it. Her symptoms have been diverse and very different to official comms. Fibro myalgia like pain and exhaustion, migraines, all sorts.

In that case I'm wondering if I had it mid-Feb. Chesty/cold with cough, warm but not feverish, needed to take deep breaths, but the main diff unlike when normally feeling that way- felt fatigued, I struggled to keep my eyes open and was sleeping on/off for about 14/16 hours a day

Friend in Devon told me today that he had no taste or smell for almost 2 weeks and was tired all the time. Didn't bother reporting it. Says he almost back to normal now.

See this is why I've just been staying home. I feel weird & tired & my sense of taste has gone a bit. I don't feel myself. I probably don't have it but I don't want to pass anything to anyone.

I never had a fever - temperature went down at one point - & didn’t have a cough till 5 days in but aches & extreme fatigue lasted 2 weeks. So many must not have isolated because didn’t have those 2 symptoms

Problematic as these are also features of my auto-immune condition, though I definitely tasted the horrible dinner I made this evening.!

My 41 yr old daughter has extreme stomach pains, aches, headaches, diarrhoea and fatigue. 7 yr old has rash, fatigue and headache. Do they have it? We think so ☹️

Friend’s nephew had it (tested positive) and he had really bad gastric symptoms/diarrhoea. The family were surprised it was never mentioned in the press when doctors said gastric symptoms are common.
