Usually wear contacts for broadcast work, and quarantine now means I have a cut behind one ear from my wearing my glasses every waking hour, ffs.
Is there an old man fix for this, bar wearing a plaster behind my ear and constantly ripping my hair out?

Would it maybe work wrapping the plaster around the end of the frame? If not too bulky.

Try wrapping a elastic hair band round the arm as it will move it away from the sore spot.

Just the mark: seems to just be friction build up wearing away the skin. Might be super sensitive: can’t wear watches for the same reason.

Put a little bit of cotton wool along the back of your ear. My mum used to do that for me when I was little and my glasses would rub.
