Also when you are ill, watch box sets you haven’t seen for years in bed so you don’t have to follow the plot religiously, and it doesn’t matter when you nod off.

Yes! I'm mostly at home for a mixture of chronic pain, disabled child, oh, and living in middle of nowhere and not knowing how to drive. Or have a car. Particularly relate to the paracetamol/ibuprofen/prescription thing.
