It was. And after I pointed out the basic statistical and logical errors (Perkins manages to combine a predilection for neo-Nazis with an inability to multiply) Andrew realised that he was a fraud, for which credit is due.

Some credit, but so many of the errors were obvious on first reading, and the lack of peer review should have been a major red flag.
