I understand it. I just think we have bigger fish to fry and that as a grown up I can decide when I want to work and what I’ll respond to.

I’ve a mantra I often say to colleagues... There’s no such thing as an urgent email. If it’s urgent you’ll get a phone call. Everything else can wait.

I am so fortunate I literally leave work where it belongs AT WORK. My wife on the other hand is on nearly 24/7 it’s exhausting her,it effects productivity negatively. The power dynamics need to change employees should be treated as valued assets and not replaceable commodities..
