Good news is, I can see again in my right eye after I scratched the cornea and it swelled closed. Bad news is my forehead’s still totally numb above the head injury.

Doctors generally don't specify units, so try that (i.e. just say "1.5" or "1500"). Convention for which unit is used as standard changes from place to place also, so that is also at play.

I'd change your dr tbh. Keppra is a fairly common AED but even if they haven't come across it they can always check their BNF each dr has or bloody Google it
