Just seen someone use the term “ableds” for people without disabilities and it’s made me deeply uncomfortable.

I get that, but I think disabled people can decide how to talk about issues that affect them. They know about hidden disabilities. "The ableds" gets used when people other them/treat them badly, like "ugh, white people." It's not up to me to tell them how to vent.
