That’s the (very hard working from reports) passport office not the embassy. The embassy is opposite Buckingham Palace. At one point they weren’t allowed to fly the tri-colour. Maybe they were afraid of the Queen of England having a fit if she saw it . . .

A schoolfriend lived on that street (she was there during the period well before they were arrested, and they just couldn’t sell the house because of the Wests, so in the end the council bought it.
