At home recovering from (probably-ridiculously-high-air-pressure-induced) headache and Ziggy hops in the window with half a chicken cat-treat stick. I look out and the girl from upstairs is tempting her over with them. I may have told her off quite strongly but that’s not OK.
What on earth? Raymond lets himself in my neighbours’ windows, and they let him hang out a bit which I’m fine with because they a) know me and b) don’t feed him, but she’s being really weird and out of order.

And some shelter cats are indoors only so she *could* get one. Locking Ziggy into her flat sometimes in the hope his smell deters mice is frankly weird.

Exactly.

Yes. It’s one thing if she were going into their flat but she isn’t. Plus, Ziggy doesn’t have a cat flap so we trained her that she doesn’t get dinner/treats until she’s in. I pointed out to the girl that most cat owners would not be happy if she started feeding their cat either.
