So, what does she believe - or does it depend who she’s speaking to?

She states she’s pro-choice and votes for it. She mentions her personal opinion and faith, but is monstered for it. Appalling stuff.

Monstered is a strong word. As far as I know there have been no votes on abortion since RBL became an MP. She voted against assisted dying. If she said what she did to an audience of Catholic priests it does raise issues about her views on abortion. That’s fair comment.

She reiterated Labour policy and stated her unease about differing time limits for disabled and non-disabled children, concurring with the secular Disability Rights Commission. I’m disabled and against euthanasia as are many disabled people. It’s not controversial.

That’s not euthanasia - a very specific and loaded term associated with eugenics- it’s if there is a substantial risk that if the child were born, it would "suffer from such physical or mental abnormalities as to be seriously handicapped" & is an issue of women’s choice

Yeah, when I said euthanasia, I meant euthanasia, hence saying euthanasia.

Euthanasia actually means the killing of a (already born) person as opposed to a foetus.

Which I don’t support, obviously.

I know, as I said repeatedly. But many people are uncomfortable with the differentian of term limits between disabled and non-disabled people because AS I SAID it implies a difference in values in our lives.

And, forgive me, but there is a reasonable suspicion about the motives of religious people in respect of such matters - as I’m sure you can appreciate.

There’s a clear anti-Catholic slant here you’re desperately denying, and I’m done now. Have a good night.
