It’s homeopathy ... (but it does seem to stop blood from clotting)

There's no actual arnica in homeopathic arnica, so it can't be responsible for the effect you mention. But, the placebo effect can probably be used help mild to moderate painhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5968866/ …

I can’t speak to ithe situation if you bruise easy, but in the past I have used the ointment on very serious bruises and impacts and recovered relatively quickly. My ma insisted on a regimen of it post serious surgery and she said it helped her muscles recover.

my family used arnica on and off so i would say yes. it may also depend on which you have available to you (tea or pomade) bc there’s some less strong creams out there

Got the cream: it says there’s 9mg in every 1g of it - no idea if that’s strong or not

it's ok for mild bruising. Not sure it helps bleeding though.
-
Oh, not sticking it on open wounds (there’s alcohol in it, ouch) - just wondered if it’ll help some sore shins I bashed that haven’t resulted in any colour appearing yet
