Despite spending all my time eating fucking red meat my fucking iron level is even worse and I apparently also have B12 deficiency. (I am just venting, no unsolicited medical advice please men, my GP didn’t just text “LOL”)

1) Nutritional Yeast for B12 , good as a topping 2) have some citrus/fruit/vitamin C- this helps the iron be released (ie spinach salad w fruit in it, orange juice w ur meat)

Yeah, problem is pernicious anaemia, so I’m eating right, but my body’s refusing to absorb either B12 or B12 and iron (can’t remember which, think B12 might cause iron to be absorbed)

Been going hard on OJ, red meat, curly kale, and spinach but both levels are even worse.
