Like, I wave at friends I see outside, and if I spot someone I know we sometimes wave when we’re sat down but I think it’s obvious when someone is praying or deep in thought

Yeah, I’ve never understood the horror I’ve seen expressed online: everyone seems happy to do it whichever church I go to (especially if you shake hands with a small kid!) and come on, you open public toilet doors, grow up.
