Has anyone read anything good against online repeat prescription ordering services? And also, what’s the most ethical way to order scripts full stop - read that Boots longread, don’t pay for any of my eight medications if it’s relevant.

I've stopped using Boots since Wall Green took em over. I try and use the local pharmacist. I find it a better prescription dispenser.

Yeah, I didn’t like them much before, but the model is awful now. They’d also WITHOUT FAIL, take and spoil my prescription and only *then* tell me they didn’t have something in stock, so I couldn’t try elsewhere. Which left me waiting 3 days for antibiotics once.

Word on the pharmacist grapevine is that Wallgreen is poised to sell and the Boots staff are rightly demoralised.

Haven't read the longread if it's a new one, but they've been demoralised for years, working for less and less money (4 year degree) and without the staff backup for safety protocols

Thanks, yes, read that at the time - cemented my decision to have nothing to do with them any more. Grr.
