Obviously I never rely solely on Twitter for health advice, just tips to alleviate symptoms, but learning red wine inhibits the body’s ability to absorb iron is a body blow.

One of the best resources that I have found is a website called nutritionfacts. Alcohol is generally bad, but red wine is the lesser of evils as it has a high antioxidant content.
