Anaemics: what OTC things help (A&E blood tests showed I was anaemic) - want to do anything I can before NYE doc’s appointment. But don’t know if most supplements are snake oil, I should just eat red meat.

yeah--I find Spatone work really well, within a few days of taking them I feel so much better. Like, oh, I'm not constantly exhausted?? Wow. Also: occasional red meat, drinking nettle tea, seaweed, and molasses but molasses are gross...

But not red wine with the meat, it cancels the iron somehow. Drink your red wine separately.
