I eat red meat and am still anaemic (I think being 40+ might be a factor) coffee can strip your body of iron, and drinking OJ with meat/iron supplements helps your body absorb it

Whatever you take, combine it with Vitamin C - helps absorption

I used to have dried apricots with a glass of orange juice every morning. Seemed to help after a PPH.
