Grim that the SNP claimed they suspended their Kirkcaldy candidate antisemitism, but didn’t officially sack him, so he showed as SNP on the ballot and counts so far having won.
Trying to imagine how the media would treat a Labour candidate who was dropped for antisemitism, won, when the party did the bare minimum to distance themselves from him

The SNP is a broad church where all are welcome.

I dunno, I have no idea how it played out with the party locally (and have no horse here) but I do know NS intervened a couple of times to say don’t support him. And I think Labour had a similar thing with a candidate in Falkirk?

Labour fully withdrew in Falkirk and the candidate got no support/volunteers, listed as Independent. Kirkcaldy and the situation is a very strange beast and will be a huge headache for the SNP.
