In Oxfordshire I've been keeping count and I've received 11 separate Lib Dem mailings so far. 1 each Labour and Tory. I don't know where they get the money.

You know when they send you loads of forms asking if you can help out, they say put them in an envelope and mark freepost, do you reckon it's legal just to post them all back so they have to pay for all the blank or spoiled forms?
