I’m not being facetious but sometimes it’s glaringly obvious that British History was taught in Irish Schools and that no Irish History was taught in British Schools.

That's not wrong. My daughter is currently doing A Level history and did American West for GCSE and American Civil Rights for A Level. She is doing some British as well. I did the industrial revolution for O Level and Italian Unification for A Level!

Yes technically you are correct Dawn, but she never took her seat so never sat. So Nancy Astor is usually taken as the first woman to sit in Westminster as an MP. So facts and context always help.
