NHS in Scotland is devolved, it's the SNP that's responsible up here.

How far is the UK Tory Government to blame cf. the SNP? It being devolved and all.
-
Scotland's NHS funding is directly linked to NHS spend in Eng. Less spending in Eng = less for Scotland to spend. What's happening in Eng is directly hurting NHS in Scotland. Also means any mitigation in budget reduction by SG means less £ that should have been spent elsewhere.

Think you'll find its the tartan tories rather than the official tory party.
-
Tartan Tories? Like a party who actively worked with the Tories at the last election to ensure Tory victories, you know - like the 'Scottish' Labour Party.

NHS is devolved. But listen to SNP and what you'll hear is "well our NHS is better than NHS anywhere else in UK" as though that's good enough. Nowhere is doing well with its NHS right now though the staff are absolutely epic and my family would be stuffed without them.
