I agree dawn. It’s also poorly directed. There needs to be more spent on education but it must be weighted towards the under 25s. Though retraining is also important....and education for over 25s. Young must be priority

How dare they help people looking to re-skill after instituting a policy started by Labour and that Labour were most likely going to implement themselves thanks to it being based on a report they requested! How very dare they progress the system to open up education to more!
