I expect the EU to vote for 31st Jan as extension and then both to agree to whip for a GE. If the EU go for a short extension - no election.

Abstaining isn’t agreeing. And Corbyn says No to an election until No Deal is ruled out. And he’s already said that No Deal is still a potential outcome of the Boris Deal. Ergo?
