Keep by Google. Super simple. You can make notes and to do lists, add hashtags to sort, search etc

I like the Google tasks app. It syncs with the GCalender and Chrome on my computer and you can make stuff repeat n' that.

I second Google Tasks, so much so that I built my own web app for it. It's free, full screen, has multiple levels of subtasks, plus other things the official apps don't. Feel free to give it a try: https://tasks.gtaskd.com/
