Landlords have far too much power and discretion, and are making a mug of the Govt and the Minister. One of our old landlords was properly evil, rewired the entire house for two months while we lived in it then claimed he hadn’t and we’d dug holes in every wall in the house for a laugh to try and keep our £2000 house deposit. So we reported him to HMRC.
