Most centrists I know are economically privileged socially left wing people who fail to see the harm of economically right wing policies
better than callow foolish youngsters supporting Corbyn all the way to his second electoral defeat. A leftwing Labour leader has never won a General Election, and Corbyn will continue that tradition of utter mediocrity.
That is just historically false, so why do you even bother writing it. One, in the last election, most people who voted Labour weren't young. Two, the 1945 government?

I'd had a shit morning the day that column came out; missed the train, the next one was cancelled plus I'd burned my hand on the kettle. Saw the reaction to the column and the image of @IanDunt and @mrjamesob fuming over their breakfast quinoa put me in a great mood for the day.
