Can also tell when I’m about to have a seizure because my cat, who refuses to sit on laps, suddenly lies on me, staring intently.

This week epilepsy’s cost me over £300 in new glasses (smashed them to bits along with my face), cabs to/from hospital because the ambulance was a two hour wait, and missed TV/radio appearances, I hate it.

Another odd thing: when I’ve had trips in ambulances, the crew have remarked on how kind I am. Two weeks ago two crew members came to find me at the end of their shift to thank me for cheering them up by joking on gas and air.
