First thing you should do: check for a medicalert bracelet - that should tell you if they have epilepsy/what type. Also if you find their phone & swipe up, people with epilepsy will usually have saved medical info for the public to find. But mostly, move things away from them...

Put a jumper or something soft under their head, do *not* put anything in their mouth to stop them biting their tongue. It’s mostly just waiting for it to stop and then making sure they’re ok when they come to.
