It's an epiphyte, needs to climb something. Stick a good size branch into the pot and tie it to train it and it should be fine. Check YouTube for tutorials lol

It's a natural climber, trying to cling onto something with its aerial roots. I was going to suggest sticking in some bamboo shoots but just saw you already have some. I usually try to gently tuck the roots back into the pot, but suppose you could trim them, too.pic.twitter.com/AwamyS5OHa
