      It's a central London pub I've been to a lot and am trying to have a private conversation in, but wouldn't suggest other women do so, not least at night if you don't want to be targeted by drunk men like this.

          You have a right to privacy in a private building under the European Convention on Human Rights since 1998 (No thanks to Crybot May for trying to scrap it) If your in a public place like a street or park etc you have no right to privacy and can be photographed.
