Yes, was on a very busy train at rush hour, after the previous one was cancelled, and very arsey people were using disabled seats and wheelchair spaces to put bags and refusing to move them, nightmare

It's because it's the busiest. Other countries solved this problem by building new high speed lines to separate out the long distance services, but when we try to do that here people say it's a "vanity project".

In what way is any of that Virgin's fault? Did you check the reason for the previous cancellation? Chances are it was Network Rail's fault.
