I agree. I have great respect for our soldiers. But if there is evidence that one has broken international law then yes that person should be prosecuted, that’s why we adhere to international law in the first place. I really don’t get why people find this controversial.

You do understand these are claims and as such are not yet proven, Claims indeed from those who would happily have taken up arms against our soldiers. No wonder the guardian believes them tho. One other thing. This is one sided and that is what a lot of soldiers dont like.
