My experience says oh no god no no no. But I’ve been told sitting in an alise seat helps, and would agree with others who say the journey south is easier than the way up.

Take the train across to Edinburgh and get the
@LNER service, it doesn't do any of that tilting nonsense... -
But looking at the canals while on full tilt and feeling a bit queasy is all part if the experience
