I used to think the men hitting 30 and only chasing women young enough to be undergrads trend was just shallowness, but a year or two into my thirties, I realise it’s because we just don’t have the patience to be patronised or spoken down to any more, and it is *freeing*.

Ditto the men who use their commissioning power in lieau of Tinder, the power differential has to work one way. I just wish I’d seen more men nervous she didn’t fancy them only needed the work than I had women sacked when he “commissioned” someone younger.

And this is a cross party issue; an all-party issue women have come to me with and men just don’t have to even contend with. Whereas women, and gay men are constantly plagued with internal and external doubts and digs.
