Private landlords provide a much needed service that successive governments have failed at miserably. If they hadn't the UK would have gone under years ago.

2 Million landlords in this country some own 100's of properties. How many people would be homeless and on street and how much would it cost to house them all? Let's have a guesstimate.. 2,000,000 Landlords x £200,000 average cost of property £400 Billion minimum
