Can you give us some figures for this? When you say, for instance, "I'm not making any money", are mortgages on your property being paid off, so that gradually you're realising the value of an asset?

There are far too many landlords locking people out of homes. There needs to be a complete overhaul in entitlement to take / buy homes to exploit working people
