Absolutely convinced now that Hastings as H is misdirection - the computer thing would be TOO obvious and the refund from the company is clearly a fake thing to set him up so he looks like he’s taken a bribe. A bent copper would NOT be living in a Travelodge.

I read a convincing theory that it is Hargreaves (Ryan’s social worker in series 1 has the surname Hargreaves which is a pretty big coincidence) OR someone without the initial H bc what muppet would use their actual initial as a code name

I am sure there will be more twists and turns before we get there but I am convinced I am right about Ted - if I am wrong I will obv wear sackcloth and ashes

I was a late adopter of Line of Duty so watched the whole thing in September and so much of it wouldn’t make sense if Ted was bent. I think more twists about John (I think he is a rogue zealot), Steve will get himself in trouble, what is Lisa upto etc

Hargreaves has always been super dodgy, but also agree - why use H if it’s your surname?

It made sense when Dot used it because he choked out H as the first letter of the name then died but I doubt rank and file would know his real initial! I’d obv use the infallible code name Jule Musher
