Same here, has been for years. They are always short of sodium phenytoin and sometimes they have had to give it me on a week to week basis as opposed to the usual 4 week cycle.

Yes, my pain meds are very strictly controlled, to the point that I have had nightmare times when they are delayed a day & I've none over a bank holiday weekend, which meant I was then bed ridden by the resulting flare up. And pharmacy often short of full prescription.
