Amazed that some still think campaigners for a second referendum should have attacked Corbyn *more*: they simply appeared as an anti-Labour astroturfing group, praising *Anna Soubry* the unrebellious “rebel” and alienated any possible base.

It’s not an uncommon position to have voted Remain but think demanding the referendum be overturned sets a dangerous precedent, yet many people refuse to accept that. Many people would prefer the focus be on scrutiny of the Withdrawal Agreement.

Same entirely. I might have contemplated it under certain circumstances before, but the behaviour of young figureheads, and the use of Blair, Campbell and Mandelson as spokespeople doesn’t show any regard for democracy or prove it’s not just anti-Corbyn

Sure, but the campaign for it has done nothing to advance the cause, and alienated a lot of otherwise amenable people. Attacking Labour more would have made that worse.

No, I think it’s a sensible position given the circumstances, and fighting against a hard Brexit has more impact on my family than chasing a second vote. As I said.
