My GP receptionist has forced me to see a doctor before giving me a repeat prescription for my epilepsy meds because “You had a prescription on 2nd Jan for 60 tablets” even though I take two a day.

Perhaps they’re running low due to stockpiling hence only giving you a week? My GP never gives me more than a month. Except the times they give me 3months and then deny ever doing so

My antidepressants have a long half life and I forget to take them at least once a week & have done for years so I've stockpiled without trying

There is a major shortage of epi pens which my son needs and it's shocking to my that my GP surgery didn't think to write to all the pen users to tell us. I don't even want to think about all the other repeats we need after Brexit.
. Good luck with your refill! Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
