Unsure as to how we could stockpile our very specifically prescribed drugs anyway unless we started self-rationing our daily doses now which frankly could kill us...

I’d feel far more reassured if I could stockpile my epilepsy meds but my GP will only issue scripts for 28 days worth at a time and, even if I had extra scripts, my pharmacist won’t issue before they’re due - hard enough to get extra meds to cover a holiday!

It's hard because on an individual level having extra is a really good idea but on an overall level it can make the shortages worse. I know very little about the situation in UK but I personally think a lot of shortages in Ireland are down to commercial decisions.
