In fairness I have been contacted to book in recently for a smear, and got nagged , but presently have no car, I live in the middle of nowhere and have a disabled daughter, so I pretty much avoid docs appointments as it's just so complicated.

Will be loads of women in the same situation - as
@paulasherriff wrote, we should be able to do the tests at home and post them in, if men can do them for bowel cancer! - Show replies

I’m due one now as was pregnant when due. Can’t remember how often they are done though, so it’s that, plus around 9 months.

Honestly my biggest block has always been inflexibility in scheduling them-we do x day it’s when x is in- so if you’re on your period then you can’t get one. Or being told off for getting blood, & contaminating the sample, on the stick because they jabbed so hard I bled

Never had one. Not sexually active (ace? Disinterested? I just like my vibrator? At this point I don't even know or care) and now all the plumbing is gone thanks to giant fibroids and life destroying periods so literally no need.
