Having just had to take the morning off to sit in a walk in clinic for ‘women’s services’ (for the 3rd time this year) I find this very relatable.

Had to get up at 7am to try & be at the front of the queue. Still had to wait 3 hours. Still, codeine for breakfast

You've probably tried it, but computer posture can have a huge effect. I assume you mainly work from a laptop? You could be compressing the nerve if you're resting your wrists on the laptop/keyboard edge. Easier said than done, to fix it. A gel mousepad rest helped end mine.

Hi Dawn it may not be a help in the situation you're in but I have Fibromyalgia and have found a low dose of Pregabalin works quite well on nerve pain.
