Just had an incredible row with a posh guy in Clapham, where I told a homeless guy I had no cash but if he wanted anything in the shop, I'd get it. He asked for a can of Stella, I got him two, and the bloke tried to grab them off me.

I'm on crutches at the mo because of nasty back injury, but usually carry a carrier of sarnies etc if I'm going to rough sleeper areas. Better than money. Esp in winter. Just a thought. Main thing is helping folks survive as street deaths rates have rocketed.

The big issue used to be a good thing but these days it's become very commercialised and run more like a business (vendors having to sell certain number)
