Here’s the real problem with a lot of these - when I read the Knight piece and when I read the LA Times Reisig piece and when I read the OC Register piece, I knew that the full story was not being told here. It took me a little time to track it down and get a fuller story out.

The mainstream media is supposed to be unbiased and impartial. But when I see blatant bias in this coverage it makes me question how often they get stories wrong on other subjects that I am unfamiliar with.

What the article failed to note is that Kathy Cady has been filing motions of this sort all the time—and has according to the LA District Attorney’s office lost every single time.

Moreover the article never disclosed her ties to the recall. So they presented one side as biased, but failed to show that the other side was just as biased if not more.
