#Trump is unconsciously tapping into his German heritage when he incessantly repeats that we are “rounding the corner” on COVID. In German, if you’re dragging someone “around the corner” (“um die Ecke”), you are killing them. He’s unknowingly bleating the truth out on the trail.

I’m only shocked nobody “fact checked” this as true. The Castro left had “editor’s notes”, our left has fact checks. Which, I like the boldness of the lefty fact check. You can just say conjecture or opinion is true or false. Just call it a fact check.
