We do. But the Washington Times doesn't have to print columns it doesn't like. And Facebook and Twitter have the same freedom to make their own decisions and take their chances with whether customers like the resulting product.

When one group is discriminated based on their political affiliation then an investigation is warranted. businesses today already are mandated to do things (minority hiring, heath care coverage, minimum wage) that all affect the ability to run a business so no difference.

You're confusing a platform, like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter purport to be, and a provider/publisher, like the Washington Times. A platform is free from libel accusations, while a publisher can be subject to libel laws. If they want to stay a platform, they must be agnostic.
